A new planning application No. 21/00954/FUL  has been submitted and residents have until 9 April 2021 to comment on the proposed development.
 
This is to demolish the existing house at 58 Old Lodge Lane and replace it with a three storey block of nine flats. This is an over development of the site which is on corner of the busy road junction with Hartley Hill and Burcott Road.
 
Local residents will therefore receive the following letter from us shortly.
 

The document below is an update from CField Construction about the progress and upcoming works on the Brick By Brick development at Lion Green Road. The project includes redevelopment of the site to provide 157 homes across two five storey, two six storey and one seven storey block, as well as the provision of a new public car park.
 

A planning application has been submitted to Croydon Council proposing to demolish the three bedroom bungalow at 6 Hartley Down and erect a five storey building comprising of 9 flats to accommodate up to 30 people.

The original deadline for comments was 5 January 2021; however the case officer will consider comments up to determination deadline which is currently 2 February 2021.

HADRA is encouraging all residents to respond to the government’s consultation on planning, which closes on 29th October.

A new planning application No. 20/05200/FUL  has been submitted and residents have until 4 November 2020 to comment on the proposed development.
This is to demolish the existing three bedroom house and replace it with two semi-detached four bedroom houses together with a block of seven flats in the rear garden.
